Payment, Shipping, & Policies

Jewels by Sher uses PayPal as a secure payment processor for all major credit cards. No PayPal account is necessary to complete your Jewels by Sher purchase!

We can also process your credit card manually if you prefer not to checkout with PayPal. Please Contact Us to process your transaction without PayPal.

We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please Contact Us to place your order if you wish to pay by check, money order. Your purchase will be shipped 10 business days from receipt of your final personal check or immediately if paid by money order.

Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned to our bank for any reason, we will charge you a return check fee of $25.00 plus any additional charges that may come as a result of your returned check.

Shipping

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail: overnight and 2-day shipping are also available.

We will try to ship your purchase within 10 business days, or notify you if delayed.

Guarantee

Each Jewels by Sher piece is made by hand, and some are one-of-a-kind. Silver is very soft, and occasionally, may break. You will have a 2-year repair guarantee, and we will be happy to repair any parts of a piece that break from normal wear. We cannot replace a stone, however, for free, but will be happy to give you an estimate on the cost of the repair.

Return Policy

Jewels by Sher wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns with an authorization, or RA# for a full refund, exchange or credit, only if the item has not been worn, is in original condition, and returned within 3 days of receipt. * Item must be mailed via first class mail with insurance or UPS with insurance totaling full purchase price. Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable. On exchange items the appropriate shipping charges apply. Please notify us immediately if you want to return an item, and obtain an RA #. Your package will not be accepted without one.

*For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. If defective, I will repair at no additional cost to you.
